2. Appearance Design and Function Planning:
Create product sketches to define the appearance structure and functional layout.; Plan the functionality implementation based on the product's purpose and determine the core technical parameters.
3. 3D Modeling and Engineering Design:
Create precise 3D models using design software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD; Ensure the product structure is robust, avoiding stress concentrations or interference in the design;
Conduct CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) mold flow simulations to confirm the plastic's flowability in the mold and reduce potential issues such as shrinkage marks or air bubbles.

4. Mold Development, Manufacturing, and Mold Trial Adjustment:
Design the mold structure based on the product's 3D drawing, considering factors such as draft angles, runner design, and gate location; Select high-quality mold steel for CNC machining and surface treatment;
Manufacture the initial mold and conduct trial injection to verify mold accuracy and product quality.

5. Small Batch Production Trial and Function Testing:
Produce a small batch of samples for testing to evaluate the compatibility of the mold and production equipment;
Check the strength, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality of the samples to ensure they meet the design specifications;
